Now, notice the odd number statements. If you have seven or more of these statements with any number other than zero, you most likely have an underlying system of financial reactivity that is in a stage of denial or repression, keeping it outside your awareness. Emotional, psychological, energetic and psychic allergies can manifest in any part of the body or thought patterns. One way to identify where that location or symptom might be is to fine the statement above that is highest in number. Allow yourself to imagine “it” is happening “right now”. Allow yourself to strengthen the sensation or thought until your awareness of the experience identifies clearly a location of the body, a relationship, a trauma or situation that is triggering the biological responses creating a sense of dis-ease. Reach out for support when you feel any confusion or isolation with this practice. Otherwise, be gentle with yourself in your self talk. There are hundreds of meditations and breathing strategies on line that can change the body response. Homeopathic remedy are wonderful for shifting the reactivity. NET Wellness Wellness Check Questionnaire (wellnesscheckonline.com) has another self assessment tool for remedy use.
